1.On-line - Place your order on-line by browsing our product listing and adding items to your shopping basket. Then complete the checkout information (your shipping address, how to ship, and how you would like to pay) and your order will be shipped to you within three to five days. Any delays, you'll be notified by e-mail.

Shipping Charges

    Most orders ship via UPS, so a complete street address is required. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. and A.P.O. We will ship Via Post Office upon request. Shipping will be calculated.
For large items that might be sent by truck, please call for quote.

    (International Shipments: We will contact you with exact shipping charges. Please include a fax number when possible. Duties and taxes to be paid by the customer).

    In addition to our regular prompt delivery, Sun and Snow offers 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air Delivery, and  Next day delivery. These charges will be reflected on your invoice that we personally send you, not the one you atomatically recieve. All methods of Express Service are only available on in-stock items shipped from our warehouse. To determine availability, call us at 517-547-6166 Monday through Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST and Sunday 10:00 am – 5:00pm. Oversize and extra heavy items may require additional shipping charges.
